Terms & conditions (Strictly Followed) The Filmatic reserves the right to use their work for promotional purposes on Facebook and Instagram Few photographs will be selected and featured as our latest work after client's consent. Event coverage will be done by team members only. Signature shoot will be done by Faisal Akram In-case of any mishap with the lead photographer alternative photographer will be provided. At-least 1 hour is required for the quality Bridal or Couple shoot, we are not responsible if the mentioned time is not provided. We strictly work according to our style, so completely go through our social media portfolio before hiring us. In case of any misbehavior with our team we have right to leave the event. With the current market trend, studio shoots have gone obsolete. Couple shoot is usually done at venue, any other place for shoot is the responsibility of client to provide. Extra coverage like Sehra Bandi or the Bride’s home-coming are charged separately at Rs. 5000 each. 50% of total amount is required to reserve dates, 30% must be cleared on last event day & remaining 20% on Final product delivery. After the wedding, raw data (compressed) for selection will be given in 1 week. We will delete all the data after 4 months from day of wedding, its client’s responsibility to provide selection within that time period. As its all-digital data, we make sure to back up regularly but electronics can be failed at any time. In case of data loss 50% of the total amount paid will be returned. All rates are valid until Feb 2021. For Outstation events food, fuel charges & accommodation will be provided by client. Albums & Videos both will be delivered in 6 weeks after starting from the date we receive selected pictures for albums. The videos will not be delivered unless we receive the selected pictures for albums. Incase if someone wants video to be delivered early without submitting the selected pictures for album then complete payment needs to be clear at the end of last event day.
